HOW TO GET IN SHAPE FOR YOUR REUNION
1. Don't get all undone if you are not the best looking, most perfect shaped person to go to the reunion!! BE YOURSELF is the most important thing. Everyone else has aged just like you.
2. Don't stress out if you have gained weight, there will be lots of others there who have.
3. If you are still wearing your hair like you did in school, it will be fun to get a new style for the reunion.
4. If you have to use a walker, cane or other device don't fret. Just know all senior citizens (if applicable) will sooner or later have to use something. Maybe yours is sooner so just ignore it and have a good time. Just don't fall down the stairs.
5. If you have gotten a little over weight and it bothers you and you have time before the reunion - set up as schedule at the Y or a gym (with permission of your physician) and do some working out.
